Some more things you might like to know

Arrival and departure

Arrival: Your room is available from 3 pm - if you arrive earlier than 12 pm, you are welcome to use the DorfSPA in the meantime (no extra charge).

Exclusively for those arriving by train: Climate protection is close to our hearts, which is why the Bergheim Tourist Board will cover your costs for arriving by train (for a minimum stay of three nights in the Genussdorf, without interrupting your journey).

Departure: Your room will be at your disposal until 11:30 a.m. - you can still enjoy the DorfSPA for the whole day at the special price of € 29,00 per person incl. afternoon snack

 

Minimum stay & seasonal details

2 nights minimum stay from Friday until Monday and in our Natur SPA Suite.

3 nights minimum stay on long weekends and in the Dorfsuite.

During the Advent weekends the main season prices apply.

From 25. October - 03. November 2024 the weekend prices apply.

Saisons

On the weekends in November und December is the high season price.
From 24.10.- 02.11.2025 is the weekend price.

Charging stations

There are six charging stations for electric vehicles in our parking garage P3. You can charge your car here using your personal charging card, billing is based on consumption. 

If needed, you can have a charging card at the reception – a fee of € 28 will be charged to your room. The card must be returned to the reception after use.

Cancellation conditions

Our cancellation conditions:

  • Free of charge until one week before arrival
  • Until one day before 50 %
  • Within the last 48 hours 90%

Valid for the current year (except new year's eve and high season). To avoid possible cancellation charges, we recommend taking out holiday insurance with cancellation cover. We can arrange this for you with the Europäische Reiserücktrittsversicherung company. Please inform our reception team if we should go ahead and book holiday cancellation insurance for you.

These time limits also apply to free rebookings.
We can only accept room cancellations in written form.

Child reductions

Children aged 3+ are warmly welcome at the Genussdorf.

  • Sharing a room with parents – 2 full-paying guests – per day
  • Additional bed in a separate children’s room for 3 to 9 -year-olds: € 92,00 per night
  • Additional bed in a separate children’s room for 10 to 17 -year-olds: € 135,00 per night

Children are only possible in the family rooms (bookable on request).

Dog lovers

Please be sure to notify us at the time of making an enquiry if you are planning to bring your dog with you as there are only a amount of spaces available in selected room categories. Only 1 dog per room please.

Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the park area, sunbathing area, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, or in the breakfast area, including the terrace.

Supplement for bringing your four-legged friend: € 45,00 per day (no food included).

What are the reception's opening hours?

Our reception is available daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Yes, but please be sure to inform us when making your reservation if you are traveling with a dog, as dogs are only permitted in selected room categories. A maximum of one dog per room is allowed.

Do you have rooms with connecting doors?

No, but if available we would be happy to book you two opposite rooms or next to each other.

 

Do you offer allergy-friendly bedding?

Yes, upon request we will gladly provide allergy-friendly bedding in your room.
